Chad has a big passion for Montana and all that the land has to offer: wide open spaces, lakes, rivers, and mountain tops. As a 4th generation Montanan, he is a steward of the land, has a deep respect for the land, and understanding of it. Chad has an extensive background in construction, both single family and luxury homes, as well as cabins located on recreational properties. He has over 20 years of experience in the housing industry and has a niche for waterfront and mountain properties using a unique variety of tools to market and sell his specialty listings: Drone videos from his boat, tracks on his side by side for winter access, and a very credible knowledge of properties that border public lands or have access through public lands.
